“ I took my dog to Countrysde for an appt. I was truly amazed how efficient the staff was and the smiles on their faces. Kelly and Dr. Bryson came to our vehicle several times just to check on us. Our wait was much shorter than I anticipated! Ten or fifteen minutes later, they brought my dog back to the car with a diagnosis. They explained what was wrong and told me they would fill his prescriptions; quickly they were back at the car with his meds. Never once did any of the staff stop smiling or being friendly. I was truly amazed how well they all worked together under trying circumstances! It is easy to see how much they care for our animals and I am grateful for such a caring staff."
