Amanda has her diploma as an Animal Care Specialist, she is a certified pharmacy technician, she has her A.A. from Daytona State College, an A.S. in Veterinary Technology, B.A.S. in Business Management, and is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager.
Amanda has worked in every area of the clinic. She has a special interest in radiology and assisting in surgery. As Countryside’s practice manager, she is dedicated to employee management, patient care, and open client communication.
Amanda was born and raised in Deland. She enjoys spending time with her 2 kids, family, and friends. She also loves pit bulls!
Brittney joined the receptionist team because she has a large spot in her heart for caring for animals, and she couldn’t imagine doing it anywhere else. She graduated from Deland High School and attends Daytona State College. Brittney enjoys being a homeowner in DeLand with her rescue dog "Yeti."
Brittney grew up in a close family that took care of injured animals and rescued everything from kittens to squirrels, which sparked her passion for pets. When she’s not at work, Brittney enjoys crafting and spending time outdoors fishing and kayaking.
Brittney carries on the Countryside tradition with the great attitude of treating all your pets as if they were our own.
Dominique worked at a medical office with Shelby before joining the Countryside receptionist team.
Dominique is originally from Tasmania, Australia. She is the youngest of 6 children. She and her husband are first time homeowners in Daytona. They love their wiener dogs, Sizzles and Brisket and their boder collie puppy (check out their Instagram page @bordwieners).
In her spare time she enjoys taking spontaneous vacations with her husband, cheering on WVU and Cincinnati Reds, playing trivia, and going to concerts.
Erica’s love for animals and her desire to pursue a career working with them is what brings her to Countryside. She has customer service experience and is really enjoying learning new things, getting to know our clients, and playing with the puppies of course.
Erica lives in DeLand with her twin sister. She says her parents are her role models, and her basset hounds “Ollie” and “Fettywap” are her babies. Erica graduated from DeLand High School and has her associate’s degree from Daytona State. She is currently working on her bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida.
All of Erica’s spare time is spent in New Smyrna Beach. She enjoys working out, spending time with family, and going to concerts.

Melissa has over 20 years of experience with veterinary clinics, zoos, and rescue work. In her 15+ years at Countryside she has worked as a lab tech, receptionist, surgery and anesthesiology assistant, laser therapist, and in office management. She takes a special interest in managing Countryside’s social media and website, being captain of the bowling team, and coordinating volunteer and fundraising events.
Melissa lives in Deltona with her 2 young children. She has an army of dogs including a senior pug, spunky chihuahua, a husky mix, and rescue dobie puppy. She also has 3 rescue cats that have all broken their legs and a one-eyed kitten. You can follow their adventures on their Instagram page @mydogandcatarmy. Melissa is very close to her family, they enjoy playing board games, reading books, visiting theme parks, and going to the beach.

Terri is originally from Georgia where she worked for 10 years in veterinary medicine before coming to Countryside. She has a Surgical Technician degree from Daytona State. Everyone knows Terri as the “little blonde girl up front.” She greets everyone like they’re a friend and she loves all of our patients. She sets the standard for Countryside receptionists with her smiling face and sparkling attitude.
Terri follows a fitness routine that includes Crossfit training, running 5k’s, mud races, and a healthy diet. Her Florida-grown husband is a retired Florida Fish and Wildlife officer, serves in the National Guard, and works at Stetson University. Terri spends time with her 5 awesome kids and 5 grandchildren! They enjoy going to theme parks, concerts, boating, and to the beach. She has a Bengal kitty, an American bulldog, and “hotmess express” bull mastiff.
